Homestuck Collection Mods

Mods for the Unofficial Homestuck Collection, from small plugins that change functionality to content additions and alterations. This page only includes the major mods I personally consider the most useful, minor ones and shitposts can be found at the Collection's wiki.

Functional mods

Mods that add or replace some major functionality to the Collection, maybe combined with content.

  • DeQuirk: a configurable quirk remover (though doesn't affect images).
  • Homestuck Commentary: adds boxes with Andrew Hussie's book commentary below the corresponding pages of HS and PS.
  • readsmpa: adds readmspa.org's image transcriptions of flashes and pages.
  • damara: adds the intended Google Translate translations of Damara's Openbound dialogue.
  • NewsSocial: populates the bottom of each page with the news and official social media posts that came out around the same time.
  • Morse Translator: replaces the morse code with English.
  • Universal Viewport: a port of the popular browser extension POV Cam, adds additional commands to the bottom of each page to let you explore the comic from any single character's perspective.
  • Homestuck Slur Removal Mod: censors the slurs in the comic with asterisks and does nothing else. Despite making this mod myself, I recommend reading the comic uncensored unless you have no other choice.

Content mods

Like expansion packs for the collection, additional content you can read or play in it.

  • Homestuck Epilogues: the first pseudo-official non-canonical text-only sequel to Homestuck.
  • Homestuck^2: the second even-less-official-and-canonical sequel to Homestuck. This mod only includes the first iteration of the comic, not the recent updates.
  • Psycholonials (LP): a fanventure-style port of the visual novel by Andrew Hussie.
  • MSPA/Homestuck Translations: Russian and Brazilian Portuguese (Act 1 only).
  • Rex Duodecim Angelus +: adds (a higher quality version of) the fan-animation [S] Rex Duodecim Angelus and allows you to pick where to place it within Homestuck.
  • [S] Seer: Ask: turns the original soundless flash animation into a soundful one, using music by Toby Fox.
  • Rubyquest and Nanquest: adds the two interactive adventures by Weaver.
  • pogo: replaces the native pogo minigame with a Godot remake by Sharkalien.
  • Puzzlestuck: the match-3 fangame, now ported to a collection page.

Visual mods

Don't or barely change functionality and content, instead altering the appearance of the Collection itself.
