Homestuck: Beyond Canon Retcons

In 2023, the non-canon Homestuck^2 comic was rebooted, this time with a new team and direction, and rebranded as Homestuck: Beyond Canon.

This list tries to catalog the changes made to old panels and text since that change, with helpful before/after sliders. I hope it's useful to anyone studying the history of the comic.

Image Retcons

These use a slider to show the state of the images before and after updates.

2023/10/25

These changes came with the second October 2023 update, editing Calliope's fully filled cheek swirls (which indicate predomination over Caliborn) to regular swirls again.

2024/02/11

These changes came with the February 2024 update, with design changes to Yiffy (like her socks and ears), Rose (mainly her hair) and Kanaya (mainly her sleeves).
