Lord English may have taken that a little too seriously. 

I’m super curious as to just what the red-aligned cherubs would be balancing out. If they’re destructive, there needs to also be a strong creative force, right? Something that would, if uncontrolled, create an excess of…whatever. Planets? People? Would those under a green-aligned cherub just keep procreating and spreading out to the point that they suck up all the resources or…? Frankly, I can’t think of anything.
